Brendan and Rachel's engagement session

For Thanksgiving we went on a trip with my new inlaws to Arizona. While we were there I took engagement pictures of my sister-in-law and her fiance. We took all of these in the backyard of the house we stayed in. I'm so happy how they turned out. It was refreshing to take pictures in a completely new landscape from what I'm used to.





Brendan did a really great job and I love the way he looks at Rachel.


































It definitely hurt a little bit trying to put the ring on the cactus to get this shot! It was worth it though.

I love the way the sun is hitting Rachel's hair in these next two. I really hope my kids get her (and Matt's) red hair!
