Clinton & Elizabeth Wedding

Clinton & Elizabeth were married in Mooresville, NC. I was really excited for their wedding because I felt like I knew them pretty well after their engagement session in the mountains and Liz's bridal portraits. (Speaking of which, now that the wedding has been over, I need to post those!) They are such a fun and sweet couple! I had a great time working with them and it too bad they ended up moving to South Carolina.

Clinton's dad is the pastor at this church and he officiated the wedding.

Andrew and Amanda's Wedding

Andrew and Amanda were married in a gorgeous church a few weeks ago in Charlotte. Enjoy their blog post and stop back by, there are a lot more coming soon!

I love little touches at weddings like this bible and the locket. Several women in Amanda's family have carried these items at their weddings. So sweet!

I love this blue stain glass window at the front door of the church!

My favorite.

On to the reception!

Amanda sang an impromptu first verse of "You are my Sunshine" to Andrew. It was definitely one of my favorite reception moments since I've started doing wedding.

Lauren's Senior Photos

Growing up, Lauren was very shy and quiet, she wouldn't even talk to my dad (her uncle). Her mom had to order food for her at restaurants because she wouldn't talk to the waiters. She went on many adventures out west 'Uncle Phil' took us on where we hiked and climbed and explored and had her 8th? birthday in a cramped screened in porch in the rain. I remember she got a Brittany Spears cd that year and a cake my mom had packed in tight with all of the camping supplies. There was another summer...or maybe the same summer she became a junior ranger, but wouldn't talk to the ranger to get her badge. I think he gave it to her anyway :) Just recently we spent an entire week together at the beach with our family and I'm amazed at what a beautiful woman she has become. She's smart, witty, still so sweet and she'll talk to people! She just went off to college a couple weeks ago. While at the beach I (not easily) snapped some pictures of her and later in Indiana took a few more. Enjoy!

Day 1 of the shoot, it was very windy so we didn't get too many without her hair blowing all over the place.

Day two of the shoot we were out for about 10 minutes (waiting on my camera lens to unfog) and then it started raining. Click here

Day 3, we are in Indiana in Broad Ripple park. The weather was (finally) perfect. Lauren, you are so beautiful! My favorite.

Meet Darby! We couldn't take pictures in Indiana without including her. :)

I think Lauren read like 5 or 6 books while we were at the beach.
